On Monday, December 11 we will meet at the Mercy Center at 3:00. Please prayerfully consider making this mission part of your Christmas giving.
Come join us on December 17th at 6:00PM for our annual Christmas Cantata! A night of incredible music is just what you need to get into the holiday spirit! Finger foods will be served in the CLC afterwards. We look forward to seeing you there!
After the Cantata Fellowship – Please bring your favorite finger foods to share. Also, we would be so grateful for help in the nursery during the cantata.
“We Care” Bear Ministry at Zion
Through December 17, Zion’s pews will be shared with lots of cuddly bears. The bears are loved, blessed, and then given to those who may need a little extra comfort. This year bears go to the Forks Rescue Squad in Townville, Zion Fire Department, Linley Park Healthcare, Sunshine House, and American Red Cross. Because we have so much to share, we need to show how much we care. Questions? Call Cheryl Carlisle 224 - 2450.
Longest Night Worship
Is the Christmas season a difficult time for you? On Thursday December 21, we are offering a quiet, simple service at 6:00 p.m. This service offers time to reflect and remember.
Perhaps you, or someone you know, is aware “this Christmas will be a hard one” either because of the death of a loved one, loss or broken relationship or because of painful memories of Christmases past. Many people experience pain and sadness during this season. This service intends to encourage hope. All are welcome to come and share and please invite your friends or neighbors to join us.
